Cyon Research founder and Chief Technology Officer Evan Yares is leaving the company to pursue other interests.
Cyon Research founder and Chief Technology Officer Evan Yares is leaving the company to pursue other interests.
Yares plans to focus on industry interoperability projects related to his work with the Open Design Alliance, of which he is President.
"Five years ago, Evan, Joel Orr and I conceived a company that could help bring clarity to the issues facing engineering technology markets", said Brad Holtz, President and CEO of Cyon Research.
"Evan's insight, intelligence, and user-centric views have been significant factors in Cyon Research achieving this goal.
While we'll truly miss having him here, we understand his desire to focus his energies on other problems, where he feels he can make a positive difference".
