Two senior analysts added to staff
Two experienced engineering industry professionals to join group of knowledgeable experts on business and technology.

A nationally recognised expert in the field of computer design, artificial intelligence and automation, and an authority on the factory of the future, Morley is an engineer, consultant, author, lecturer and inventor; his inventions include the PLC (programmable logic controller), now standing in the Smithsonian Institute.
He holds more than 20 patents.
Morley is a member on the board of directors of various companies across the USA and has been in high technology since the beginning of solid-state electronics.
He is Chairman of the Board of the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences, and has a track record of consistent success in the founding of high-technology companies for which he provides initial product concept and continuing technological presence.
Seitz served as Chief Process Manager and Architect for IBM's marketing process and worked in a similar capacity for Microsoft, as its Application Developers Customer Unit's Worldwide Engineering Industry Manager.
His primary role was to develop and execute market strategy for the engineering segment and to serve as a liaison between Microsoft and the engineering community.
Seitz is Principal and Chief Knowledge Officer at Intellectual Arbitrage, a private research centre, with clients from a select list of the Global 1000 specialising in the management and use of knowledge.
He also offers his consultancy through his own firm, BK Seitz and Associates.
He is a columnist on Advance Manufacturing Magazine, serves on the SME/CASA Board of Advisors and National Research Council NIST Board of Assessment, and advises management at Step Tools.
