PSA Peugeot Citroen (PSA) has selected the conTeyor Multibag system and the conTeyor Adaptapak system.

PSA Peugeot Citroen (PSA) has selected the conTeyor Multibag system and the conTeyor Adaptapak system for the packaging of the Citroen C5 rear parcel shelf and the steering wheel of the Peugeot 308 and Citroen C3 and C5 models.

Both these innovative textile-based packaging systems enable components to be packed with a much higher density than with conventional systems.

They are easy to handle at the assembly line, where they improve operator safety thanks to their ergonomics.

In addition, they enable a reduction in manufacturing time and cost, thereby providing significant productivity advantages during the assembly of cars.

In the conTeyor Multibag System the products 'hang'.

It therefore provides excellent protection of components during loading and unloading, particularly of delicate, painted or sensitive products.

Licensed by Bradford Company (Holland, MI, USA) the conTeyor Adaptapak system is a foldable dunnage system that is fixed on the side wall of foldable pallet boxes.

When an operator opens the pallet box, the conTeyor Adaptapak System opens at the same time.

Both conTeyor systems offer easy accessibility of parts which means the operator can fit a component, and immediately take the next component without having to stop to remove any packaging material.
