Cognex has introduced Display Inspect - a machine vision software and hardware package for inspecting displays, keypads, and enclosures on LCD and LED display-based products.
It is ideal for checking that all the components are present on an assembly.
Checker is a great tool for solving many manufacturing problems that previously were difficult or impossible to solve with single photo sensors, multiple photo sensors or other similar devices.
