It provides an extensive set of services and tools that allow customers to buy, design and research while interacting with the plastics industry on the Web.

"We look forward to working with GE Plastics and its extensive global network of users." GE Plastics will offer OneSpace technology in an application service provider (ASP) capacity to plastics engineers who wish to conduct collaborative sessions.
Registered users to the gepolymerland.com site can reserve time to conduct a OneSpace session.
Participants in multiple locations will be able to log into the session and participate in a virtual conference-room meeting.
A new OneSpace component, OneSpace SessionManager, allows users to quickly and easily schedule time on the GE Plastics portal.
"With OneSpace SessionManager, collaborating via the virtual conference room is as simple as participating in a conference call," said Doug R.
Johnson, vice president and general manager of CoCreate's shared engineering division.
"OneSpace SessionManager handles all the logistical arrangements to ensure an effective and productive OneSpace session so participants can focus on the important issues at hand.".
