The OneSpace 2002 Solution Suite supporting Windows XP is scheduled to start shipping in December.
The new Windows XP platform includes an intelligent user interface capable of assigning unique colors to specific tasks, grouping most frequently used files and applications, and tracking files according to user-designated groups.
"This best supports the task-oriented user interface of CoCreate's OneSpace Solution Suite and further optimizes its usability across a wide range of disciplines," said Ulrich H.

In close cooperation with Hewlett-Packard Company, CoCreate tested its OneSpace Solution Suite on HP's leading-edge workstation, the HP workstation x4000, which combines extreme graphics performance with industry-leading processing power.
"The HP workstation x4000 was developed with leading applications such as the OneSpace Solution Suite in mind in order to deliver superior performance for the investment," said Robert Dinkelacker, HP's Marketing Manager for technical computing.
In addition to Windows XP support, the OneSpace Solution Suite supports a broad range of operating systems, including Microsoft Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT and Windows 2000.
UNIX platform support is also available, providing solutions for HP-UX and Solaris environments.
The OneSpace Solution Suite supports mixed Windows and UNIX environments, helping teams design collaboratively, irrespective of platform.
Windows XP represents the convergence of the Windows platforms, integrating the standards-based security, manageability and reliability of Windows 2000 with the user-friendly interface and advanced support services found in Windows 98 and Windows ME.
Windows XP, with its enhanced Internet and file-system security, complements the advanced security and access-control capabilities built into CoCreate's OneSpace Solution Suite.
This helps ensure the maximum possible protection of a company's privacy and intellectual property.
