Concurrent Systems plans to make this OneSpace.net facility available to all supported customers.
Customers can then use OneSpace.net's meeting centre to see which Concurrent Systems support engineers are available online and request real-time support.
Customer satisfaction played a large role in Concurrent Systems' decision to use OneSpace.net in customer support.
"For a relatively low cost, we have a customer relations tool that makes us stand out from other service providers", said McBurnie.
"We can cross company firewalls, communicate securely, automate meetings, and create reports, among other things".
Although OneSpace.net is available as a hosted service that users can rent month to month, Concurrent Systems hosts OneSpace.net on its own server and plans to use the software with all its supported customers.
Concurrent Systems cited OneSpace.net's easy installation, mid-range prices, and high-end capabilities as features which helped the company choose the product for customer support.
