This integration of OneSpace Designer, CoCreate's CAD tool for 3D modelling, with mySAP PLM, SAP's group of adaptive business solutions to optimise critical business processes, allows companies to accelerate product development by integrating product design into business processes driven by enterprise resource planning, management, and supplier relationship management solutions.

Enterprises using OneSpace Designer for mySAP PLM can now make product information readily available to sales, marketing, manufacturing, field service, and maintenance personnel without compromising the work efficiency of the individual designer.

Overall, the process and CAD management integration allows enterprises to reduce time-to-market and time-to-volume, while improving cost baselines and product quality.

OneSpace Designer for mySAP PLM also offers the concurrent workspace, a unique CAD management support for the product design team.

The concurrent workspace provides interactive performance such as fast loading and storage of all OneSpace Designer CAD data, and it fully supports OneSpace Designer capabilities such as partial loading and design snapshots.

The concurrent workspace also supports true concurrent engineering - designers can safely work on separate parts within a shared 3D assembly, and they can reload newer versions of the model as needed.

Additionally, this workspace enables controlled CAD data synchronisation with mySAP PLM, as well as release support.

OneSpace Designer for mySAP PLM is available in English.

It is priced at US $1620.

It can be used together with OneSpace Designer Modelling 2004 (version 12 or later) and with mySAP PLM (SAP R/3 Release 4.6C or later).
