Colder Products Company's (CPC) novel colour and physical keying system for the ChemQuik CQN08 Series of high purity PTFE quick disconnect couplings offers a simple solution for identifying critical chemical fluid lines and preventing costly and dangerous, accidental crosslined connections.
CPC's keying system is unique in that once the coupling is connected, the halves may be rotated relative to each other to relieve any twisting stress in the fluid line, allowing for easy alignment of the coupling halves.
The system is extremely robust and simple to operate; all components are made of fluoropolymers with heavy duty construction for long life and the number of keys is virtually limitless.
