New organisation boosts European support

A Colder Products product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Jul 1, 2004

Colder Products Company has established a new European operation to enhance the ease and level of service to customers in the region.

Colder Products Company has set up a European subsidiary company, CPC Europe, to enhance the ease and level of service to customers in the region.

This initiative supports the company's strong regional growth since the first European office was established in 1991.

Customers in European Union (EU) nations can now place orders with CPC Europe and make payments through local banks in local currency.

Multilingual customer service for EU countries is provided through the company's support centre in Germany.

"With CPC Europe, we're essentially making it easier for everyone in the region to gain access to our products and services", said Jim Thomas, President, Colder Products Company, International.

"As CPC's European business is growing, we wanted a more customer-friendly model for our existing and prospective EU customers".

The company now consolidates orders on demand, two times a week from St Paul, Minnesota, USA, to a centralised logistics centre in Europe.

The orders are then efficiently delivered to destinations throughout the various EU nations.

Customers and distributors can make electronic payments directly to CPC Europe in their local currency through a local bank.

Multilingual service and sales representatives in Germany meet the needs of all customers and distributors in the region.

Additionally, CPC has been adding more regional technical sales managers dedicated to specific markets within Europe.
