Colder Product Company (CPC) has been presented with a coveted "RFID Breakthrough Award" for 2005 in recognition of the success of its IdentiQuik Smart Coupling fluid connectors developed in conjunction with Innovision Research and Technology (IRT), the UK based leader in RFID design services.

The award, in the Innovation category, was announced at a gala dinner at the Sheraton Skyline Hotel in Heathrow, attended by over 180 of the RFID industry's key players.

Rick Garber, Vice President of Marketing, CPC said "Innovision's low-cost approach to RFID suddenly makes it possible for high-volume manufacturers to implement this exciting new technology - adding immeasurable customer value".

"We have been able to enhance the appeal of our brand and offer a solution to markets previously inaccessible through cost".

"This award is further proof of the success of the partnership between CPC and IRT".
