Nossiter.

With full support from parent Cleveland Technologies Group, the company has embarked on further expansion with the recent installation of the very latest technology in wire preparation equipment to enhance the existing extensive facilities within the cable preparation area.

The first of its kind in the UK the Kodera C550 machine was manufactured in Japan specifically to match Connect-2's requirements.

The £57,000 computer controlled multi-tasking system cuts, strips, terminates and solder-tins wires at speeds of up to 60 per minute.

Connect-2 Technology is the ideal subcontract partner for manufacturing managers and engineers looking for a 'turnkey' single source partner for wire, harness and panel wiring assembly work.

The major slice of the company's business is derived from OEM's adopting 'lean-manufacturing' principles through the reduction of non-core activities and 'out-sourcing' to a trusted partner.
