Oil-free compressor removes
contamination risk
With no oil being used anywhere in the compressor at all and water lubricated bearings, there is no risk of oil contamination and no environmental costs associated with oil disposal.
CompAir has released a 110kW water-injected, 100% oil-free compressor The new DH110-SR compressor is a speed-regulated, water-injected screw model, extending CompAir's oil-free DH range from 15-110kW

Compressors pave the way for energy savings
A major review of energy usage has led Marshalls to nominate compressor manufacturer CompAir as its preferred supplier.
As with all CompAir's oil-free DH compressors, it complies with the requirements of ISO8573, class 0.
Jeremy Sykes, Managing Director at CompAir comments: "We introduced the DH110-SR compressor in response to customer demand for a medium-sized, water-injected, variable-speed machine".
"Previously, the DH series offered compressors from 15-75kW".

The superior cooling properties of water allow the compressor to operate at a low temperature, providing near isothermal compression.
The efficient switched reluctance, variable-speed motors ensure that the compressor is working to match air demand.
This usually results in significant energy savings for users, improving not only the bottom line but the company's overall environmental performance.
CompAir offers the SmartACE simple data logging procedure, a process that does not interfere with normal running and monitors the system's operation over a seven-day cycle.
CompAir collects this real-time information and can advise companies on their complete compressed air usage and make recommendations for a compressor configuration to most efficiently meet these needs.
