Variable-speed compressors come with
cashback
A free energy review and at least GBP 750 cashback are the incentives when an old compressor is replaced with a new energy-saving variable-speed Hydrovane machine.
CompAir is offering a free energy review as well as minimum of GBP 750 cashback when an old compressor is replaced with a new energy-saving variable-speed Hydrovane machine Jeremy Sykes, UK Managing Director for CompAir, explains: "Once a compressor has been in service for more than ten years and parts have begun to wear, it often becomes less efficient"

Early payback for compressor upgrade
Projected savings of GBP 15,000 per annum in energy costs have proved to be a compelling argument for shower manufacturer Kohler Mira in its choice of replacement compressors.
Quiet compressors maintain the atmosphere
Quiet running compressors from Hydrovane are helping to build the atmosphere of terror on the newly upgraded Tomb Blaster ride at Chessington World of Adventures.
"With running and maintenance costs of inefficient compressors being very high, this means users can be paying out thousands of pounds unnecessarily to keep their old machine operating".
"As part of our ongoing commitment to help customers cut their energy bills and reduce their carbon footprint, we are offering a free energy review to identify exactly how much their current setup is costing and how much money could be saved by investing in the latest technology".
"The free energy review also explains how customers can effectively use the Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA) scheme offered by the government".

Vertical compressor answers user demands
Available now, the Hydrovane Mark II vertical compressor has been designed using customer feedback from users of the previous generation units.
Air compressor avoids wasted energy
Hydrovane has released the launch of the newest energy saving addition to its range, the regulated speed HV11RS, which automatically controls air output to meet exact air system requirements.
"To further enhance the savings that can be made, we are also paying a minimum of GBP 750 for all inefficient compressors when purchasing any product from the Hydrovane variable-speed range".
Hydrovane has been producing rotary vane compressors for more than 55 years and although the new models make wide use of new technology, they use many of the original proven principles.
The simple direct drive design means that the minimum number of components is used, reducing the need for replacements and the risk of breakdowns, as there are no bearings to replace.
The innovative Mark II vertical compressor is available in sizes 4-7, 11-15 and 18-22kW, and these vertical models offer the smallest footprint on the market.
Coupled with their exceptionally low noise, this means that they can be positioned right next to the point of use of the air without the need for ear protection.
The principle used in all Hydrovane compressors of using an offset rotor inside a cylindrical bore means that the compressed air can be taken directly to the system and a pulse-free stream of air is guaranteed without the need for an air receiver.
The regulated speed models, which automatically match compressed air output with the user's exact air demand, coupled with the reduced energy venting system (REVS) technology keeping offload power to a minimum, ensure maximum efficiency and minimum energy costs for the user.
Hydrovane is so confident in the reliability of all its compressors that most come with a unique "Advance" warranty for ten years, with an additional lifetime guarantee for the compressor blades.
