The Corob S200 is the first of a new generation of user-friendly vibrational paint shakers, combining the elegance of Italian design with the dynamics of a sturdy shaker, fit to resist the mechanical stress typical for a shaker.

The Corob S200 is suitable for use in both point of sale outlets and factories.

In order to meet customer requirements, the Corob S200 is offered in two versions: the standard Corob S200 and the programmable Corob S200 PR.

For both versions patents have been registered.

Production is expected to start in September 2006.

The Corob S200 is equipped with an automatic clamping device.

The user can choose from four shaking cycles and can shake pails of up to 35kg or 23 litre.

The Corob S200 is supplied with technopolymer front panels and sheet metal lateral and top covers.

The Corob S200 PR vibrational shaker comes with a programmable shaking cycle.

For optimal user convenience, the desired shaking speed, shaking direction and shaking time can be combined and programmed into the shaker's software for each type of can.

The programmable shaking concept optimises the performance of the shaker.

The shaking cycle is customised, based on the type of cans used and the volume and characteristics of the product they contain.

The programmable cycle improves the quality of shaking and reduces the necessary shaking time significantly.

Shaking cycles can be programmed and downloaded directly into the shaker's software, using the customisable keyboard.

For each key of the keyboard, the product, its quantity and shaking speed can be specified.

The user simply has to push the start button.

In addition, the Corob S200 PR shaker can be connected to any Corob colourant dispenser.

This enables direct communication of the shaking settings to the shaker, based on the selected paint product, colour formula and colourant technology used.

Through the interface, the dispenser automatically communicates the amount of product and the speed of shaking to the shaker.

In this way it is possible to increase the number of shaking cycles without limits.
