The Corob D410 automatic colorant dispenser is based on patented bellow pump technology, and is the successor of the successful Corob D400.

New from CPS Color, the Corob D410 automatic colorant dispenser is based on patented bellow pump technology, and is the successor of the successful Corob D400 The Corob D410 is based on a modular design concept and available in three different versions: Corob D410 S (up to 16 canisters), Corob D410 M (up to 24 canisters) and Corob D410 L (up to 32 canisters)

The dispenser can be used with a combination of water and solvent based colorants, or independently with water or solvent based colorants.

The renewed efficient humidifier system prevents drying in the nozzles of both water and solvent based colorants.

For this new feature a CPS Color patent is pending.

The Corob D410 bellow pump dispenser combines both sequential and simultaneous dispensing in one and the same dispenser.

This is a true innovation in the dispensing technologies currently available within the tinting market.

This key feature - possible due to its innovative electronics - allows for the machine to be easily tailored to the customer's needs and field of application.

The dispensing system can be either simultaneous, or sequential, or can combine both dispensing methods in one machine.

The advanced electronic system of the Corob D410 is set up in a modular way.

This allows for a great versatility, as functions can be tailored to the user's own preferences by adding alternative electronic boards.

Moreover, the sophisticated electronic system allows for easy troubleshooting.

For all new models either a manual shelf or a semi-automatic shelf can be chosen.

Thanks to the new rack-drive semi-automatic shelf, faster and smoother shelf movement and positioning is possible.

The improved can detection system takes care of accurate and reliable can detection, prior to starting the tinting process.

The Corob D410 was designed with low cost of ownership in mind.

Rather than assembling the machine from a large amount of individual spare-parts, the Corob D410 is built using a limited number of boards.

Each board can easily be replaced, if necessary, and keeping stock of spare-parts is no longer necessary.

Teflon components avoid abrasion and wear.

Also the "once forever" calibration allows the customer to keep control on the product's cost of ownership.

The Corob D410 has been designed for the lowest number of service interventions possible.

The new check-valves with feedback to calibrate the bellow pumps, assure the "once forever" calibration.

Once installed, the user does not need to loose time or money in periodical calibrations, nor does he or she need to worry about the accuracy of the dispenser.
