To short cut the usual wait for such components, power transmission specialist, Cross+Morse, has introduced a rapid response machining service for the supply of urgently required parts, including: simplex, duplex, triplex and double simplex sprockets; simplex, duplex and triplex platewheels; torque limiters, crossgard, safegard and sheargard clutches; jaw, gear and chain couplings; spur and bevel gears; and timing pulleys.
Using the CrossBore service production engineers have the reassurance of guaranteed parts machined within 24 hours and the option of using the CrossBore Gold service with same day machining.
Quality is also assured as all components are manufactured under the scope of the company's ISO accreditation.
The CrossBore service is made possible through latest CAD/CAM techniques, advanced machining technology and a dedicated rapid response team.
