A new brochure describing the range of dynamic braking resistors (DBRs) from Cressall includes helpful rating curves to aid selection by users.

DBRs can be specified for precise, efficient control of almost any type of drive, with the optimum rating for a particular application being easily derived from the curves.

Standard power ratings and enclosure sizes accommodate the majority of common applications.

Cressall DBRs can usually be manufactured from standard components or, in the case of the most frequently used sizes, supplied directly from stock to ensure rapid installation.

The new DBR brochure can be requested from Cressall or downloaded from the company's website, where users can choose "screen" resolution or high-quality "print" resolution versions.

Further literature detailing the company's full range of power resistors can also be downloaded.
