Fluoroflow is an innovative range of fluoropolymer (PFA) lined products, suitable for service temperatures up to 200C, including check valves, sight glasses and inline sampling valves

Fluoroflow is an innovative range of fluoropolymer (PFA) lined products, designed for the demanding process conditions encountered in the chemical, pharmaceutical, paint and paper industries, as well as water treatment plants.

Non-stick PFA liners are heat resistant and almost totally chemically inert, making them suitable for service temperatures up to 200C.

FluoroFlow products also have a high pressure/vacuum rating since their PFA linings are locked in place, typically by machined T-slots.

Manufactured by Corrosion Resistant Products Ltd (CRP), the range includes wafer swing; wafer poppet and flanged spring check valves, tubular pipeline sight glasses, bulls-eye, and combination T-piece/bulls-eye sight glasses, as well as inline sampling valves.

Since check valves are designed to prevent potential damage from backflow of process media, prolonged, maintenance-free service is a key benefit of the PFA moulded wafer swing designs.

Incorporating a fully encapsulated, one-piece disc and hinge assembly, they are suitable for both ASME 150 and DIN PN 10/16 systems, with optional soft seats in Kalrez or Viton for gas applications.

A spring assisted, wafer poppet check valve, can be supplied with bolted, flanged ends offering standard valve face-to-face dimensions for either ASME or DIN process lines.

Process-wetted parts in PFA, PTFE or Hastelloy, ensure continuous, high cycle performance.

Spring assisted closing caters for horizontal or vertical installation, and the positively located poppet and spring are secure from mis-alignment.

In its flanged version, the swing check valve is available with a choice of PFA-lined or stainless steel flanged ends.

The standard poppet lift pressure is 14mbar, but alternative pressure ratings can be offered, together with PTFE encapsulated springs.

Even the most demanding chemical and thermal applications needn't be without a bull's eye sight glass.

CRP's high integrity version, has a full bore viewing area through two borosilicate glass windows, mounted 180§ apart.

Double window designs are available for added safety, and with heavy-duty PFA liners the sight glasses happily operate in conditions from full vacuum up to 19bar(g) at 200§C A combined bulls eye sight glass and T-piece offers a cost-effective and space saving unit for monitoring process flow and mixture.

Its full port design ensures maximum flow with minimal pressure drop, and a viewing lamp is available as an optional extra.

Where all-round process viewing is needed, CRP has tubular pipeline sight glasses, manufactured from heavy-duty borosilicate glass tube, mounted on PFA moulded flanges and clamped by stainless steel tie rods.

Perspex shielding and internally lined glass tubes are options for caustic process applications.

Fail-safe sampling and a variety of collection options are key features of the inline, wafer style sampling system.

The spring-lever action valves have a working temperature range up to 200§C, and are suitable for use in horizontal and vertical process pipelines.

For corrosive or toxic applications, all process-wetted parts are supplied in PFA or glass.

Collection options include shatterproof and borosilicate glass bottles, and self-sealing septum capped bottles.
