Safer anti-static gasket launched
CRS has developed a safer anti-static gasket, the StatSeal 2000, which offers full TFM protection for a high integrity gasket and is ideal for use on glass-lined and fluoropolymer-lined pipework
With a track record of production over three decades, the CRS rising stem valve has proved fully acceptable to chemical and pharmaceutical companies around the world.
This highly successful valve range has now been enhanced with the addition of a choice of lining options on the wetted surfaces, easy replacement of the Duplex PT100 temperature sensor assemblies and a choice of operating mechanisms.
The lining systems that are now be offered on this valve range are: glass, PTFE and PFA.
As all the parts are fully interchangeable and available ex-stock, customised valve configurations can be made available within hours.
The valve can be fitted with a hand wheel for manual operation or with a pneumatic actuator.
Because the pneumatic actuator operates on an input air pressure of between 30 and 150psi, a separate regulator is rarely needed.
Pneumatic actuators can be fitted with limit switches or proximity sensors.
Where headroom is a problem the valve can be fitted with a cantilever mechanism which reduces the overall length of the valve.
All valves are supplied with loose fitting backing flanges drilled to suit any required rating.
