Fluid level sensor probes new depths

For pumped system applications, the Crydom Magnetics pressure control unit offers flexibility by regulating water flow between two user-adjustable values.
Easy to install, the SLP4 is suspended into a hole or tank by its cable - supplied in 15 or 25m lengths as standard.
A mass of 0.5kg ensures that the probe remains balanced and in position, even if the fluid is turbulent.
An internal 25VA reed switch and magnetic float assembly detects the level of fluid at the suspended point and is configured by the user to give a "make on fluid rise" or "break on fluid rise" function.
The single switching position is simply varied by raising or lowering the device in the fluid.
Featuring a perforated protective shield around the float switch, physical damage is prevented and the device is able to operate freely in the fluid.
