Relays tolerate industrial environments
Crouzet's new GN3 series three-phase and motor reversing solid-state relays suit a wide array of three-phase motor and heating applications.
Logic controller monitors pressures
The Millenium 3 logic controller is available in 24V DC, compact or expandable versions.
Compact size, high specification and ease of wiring, combined with ultra-competitive pricing means that Crouzet redefines total machine safety costs compared to current market expectations.
The safety switches in the range cover all requirements for the monitoring and locking of movable machine guards.
Key interlock, hinge and lever models are available, together with fail-safe solenoid operated guard-locking switches.
The range offers features such as rotating switch heads giving up to eight different key entry positions, multiple positive break contacts and industry standard mounting centres.
The safety relays are available in either 22.5 or 45mm casing, offering all the essential control functions for safe machine operation such as emergency stop, guard monitoring, time delay, zero speed monitoring and two-hand control.
This innovative range also includes two radically new products; a four-channel category 4 safety relay and a re-levelling relay designed for lift applications.
With 24 V AC/DC, 115, 230 V AC, and 40-260 V AC versions and positively guided relay outputs rated at 6A, they are applicable across a wide range of potential applications Ease of wiring is a theme running through every component in the safety range, with plenty of space provided within the casing with direct access to the terminals.
Switches are offered in both two and three contact versions, with a choice of wiring configurations to meet all possible safety and signalling requirements.
E-stops, pull switches, two-hand switch consoles, footswitches and light stacks complete the new safety range from Crouzet.
Every item in the range meets and exceeds all necessary requirements for the relevant European machinery related standards and directives.
