A new flush panel kit complements the Crouzet Millenium II Plus logic controller.

Rated at IP67, the rugged easy-clean housing allows users to install the powerful logic hardware in even the harshest environments, without compromising performance.

The low-cost kit further strengthens the Millennium II range, reinforcing the controller's water function as well as its level control and pump management features.

A rubber seal surrounding the spring return, acrylic cover shields all components against dust and temporary immersion in water, making it ideal for applications where panels need to be mounted outside or in hose down areas - particularly in the food, agriculture and water industries.

Available in three sizes from 91 to 257mm-wide, the enclosures offer comprehensive protection for the 12 and 20 I/O modules as well as the extended XT version.

Quick and easy to assemble, the kit is supplied with DIN rail mounting brackets and screws.

Another gasket on the rear of the unit seals it onto the panel.

Removable sections on the back of the enclosure mean it can easily be adapted to a specific application and that additional components, such as Crouzet's ACS range of push buttons or selector switches, can be mounted alongside the controller.

Designed to automate any small-to-medium sized control system, Crouzet's Millenium II plus is a timer, counter, controller and sequencer that can handle up to 52 points of I/O.

Additional features include advanced temperature controls, DC power supplies, diagnostic tools and protection from power failure.

Its programmable backlit display allows the controller to be seen clearly through the enclosure's reinforced acrylic panel, preventing unnecessary opening and exposure to the elements.

For added protection and security the screen can also be locked shut using cable ties.

The Millenium II plus range comprises 12 or 20 input/outputs with a choice of 12V DC, 24V DC, 24V AC and 100 to 240V AC operation.

The compact unit also includes a PID function block for accurate temperature control and can be used with a full range of temperature sensors available from -40 to +150C.

A special version of the controller (24V DC 12 I/O) is also available for liquid control.

Crouzet's new IP67 flush panel kit increases the flexibility of the popular logic controller by allowing its installation in both wet and dusty environments.

Users can tailor the enclosure to suit almost any application and with several sizes available, Crouzet has ensured that the controller and accessories can all be easily fitted inside the sealed unit for maximum protection.
