By introducing a range of stock material, we can also provide a fast service to meet a variety of customer needs".
Pre-polished and coated, the coil stock is a 240 grit finish produced on an aluminium oxide belt and coated with 100 micron thick polycoating to offer protection not only in handling and storage, but also during severe mechanical processing.
It is available in a range of thicknesses from 0.7 to 1.5mm, in widths of 1000 and 1250mm, and in grades 1.4301 (type 304) and 1.4016 (type 430).
The polished sheet stock is available in 2 x 1, 2.5 x 1.25 and 3.0 x 1.5m sizes with thicknesses between 0.7 and 3.0mm.
Grades offered are 1.4301 (type 304), 1.4016 (type 430) and 1.4404 (type 316L).
Sheets are polished to a 240 grit finish and 100 micron thick coated one side.
Also available from stock is a range of Optisheen polished and coated sheet which offers customers a unique surface finish that cleans cleaner and more quickly than conventionally polished product.
Particularly suitable for high quality applications such as catering equipment, it has a consistent and lustrous finish.
Optisheen sheet is available in sizes of 2 x 1, 2.5 x 1.25 and 3 x 1.5m.
Thicknesses between 0.9 and 2.0mm are available.
