CSMA sits on Mats

The CSMA subsidiary of Ceram, the Stoke-on-Trent based centre for materials and technology, has acquired the business and assets of Mats.

The CSMA subsidiary of Ceram, the Stoke-on-Trent based centre for materials and technology, has acquired the business and assets of Mats.

The combination of these two organisations creates the biggest single entity for commercial surface and materials characterisation in the UK, with a diverse range of instrumentation.

The takeover deal will see the employees of Mats moved to the Stoke-on-Trent head office of CSMA.
