Now available from Wimbledon-based CTL Components is an integrated manufacturing service that provides a one stop shop for precision sheet metalwork, painting, screen printing and mechanical assembly.

Able to accommodate sheet metal up to 6mm thick, CTL's fine-tolerance fabrication processes include punching, bending, welding and scurfing.

Parts can be up to 3m long, manufactured in batch sizes ranging from single prototypes to production runs of over one thousand pieces.

The company operates two finishing plants, both of which are fully equipped with powder coating facilities and in-line ovens, as well as wet-painting facilities and stoving ovens.

In-house fine-tolerance screen printing can be applied direct on to finished metalwork.

Alternatively, a reverse-printed plastic sheet can be bonded to an exactly matching metal sheet, resulting in a finely detailed front panel that is both strong and impervious to scratching.

CTL's BS EN ISO 9002 quality systems ensure that products are manufactured to a consistent standard, while computer-based production control and work-in-progress analysis help the company to achieve 100% on-time delivery.
