Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Mar 16, 2006

Universal reversing polarity toggle switches are used to change the direction of permanent magnet motors.

New from Cole Hersee Company is a range of universal reversing polarity toggle switches.

These forward-reverse switches are used to change the direction of permanent magnet motors, and, when used in conjunction with a relay, can also control up-down, in-out and rotate-counterrotate motions.

Ideal for a variety of vehicle applications, Cole Hersee's reversing polarity toggle switches are available in momentary or maintained contact, blade or screw terminals, and with a regular or long handle.

Sealed for weather protection, the reversing polarity toggle switches are able to withstand inclement weather conditions.

The switches are also available unsealed to meet all users' specifications.

Uniform with other switches, the reversing polarity toggle switches adhere to the standard toggle switch format.
