Mensor's revolutionary APC600 pressure controller continues to undergo development and a number of new features have been announced ahead of the 2006 Farnborough Air Show The APC600 already boasts one of the most comprehensive, feature packed specifications on the market with colour touch screen display, two channels and from two to eight ranges in each calibrator

Each range is accurate to +/-0.01% full-scale, and full temperature compensation keeps this controller operating at its best while user programmable sequences ease use still further.

New to the product is the virtual delta channel option which enables rapid calibration of differential pressure ranges at elevated static pressures.

With high accuracy on measurement and up to 10ppm stability on pressure control, this product makes straightforward work of an otherwise arduous task.

Other features include standardisation of the GPIB-IEEE interface adding to the existing RS232 and Ethernet communications and a wide selection of emulators for ATE applications.

Low-range versions of the APC600 also incorporate their own pressure generation meaning that vacuum pumps and external pressure sources are not required.

The APC600 will be available for demonstration on the Calibration Dynamics stand at the Farnborough Airshow.
