A new release of one of the top document management software systems features additional application integration, such as full support for Autodesk Inventor 5 and Microsoft Office XP.

Cyco Software is shipping AutoManager Meridian 2.14 which features additional application integration, such as full support for Autodesk Inventor 5 and Microsoft Office XP AutoManager Meridian Software Subscribers can request their free copy of the software with their local Cyco reseller

AutoManager Meridian is Cyco's flagship document management solution, which enables engineering collaboration and workflow across business units, departments, and divisions for 30-100+ users.

AM-Meridian 2.14 includes performance enhancements on the server and client side.

Caching and multi-user handling has been improved and the software's desktop client handles more requests, such as sorting results and views, locally.

Also the use of multi-processor servers has been improved.

AM-Meridian 2.14 also addresses a number of market needs and specific customer requests such as: * Support for Inventor Release 5 (SP1 and SP2).

* Support for Microsoft Office XP in the application integration.

* Improved support of CADOverlay and GTX RasterCAD.

* AutoCAD 2002 DWF viewing.
