AutoManager Meridian, for larger enterprises, and AutoManager TeamWork, for smaller operations, are two of the leading document management programs for users of Autodesk Inventor 6 (and previous versions).
AutoManager products not only make document management fast, simple and secure, but also adapt to the way engineering teams prefer to work.
Both AutoManager Meridian and AutoManager TeamWork provide mission-critical productivity gains for Autodesk Inventor 6 users.
AutoManager Meridian and AutoManager TeamWork store all the documents in a secured, vaulted environment and manage all references.
Users instantly know that they are working with the most current and accurate version of a given part or assembly.
With the AutoManager 2002 products, all the files are managed in the vault.
Parts and subassemblies can be moved from folder to folder, automatically retaining references to the parent/child documents.
AutoManager Meridian and AutoManager TeamWork will only allow users to edit documents that are checked out.
With this security functionality, the system will check if a specific Inventor user has access to start a change on the part document.
Users who aren't authorised by the system cannot check-out parts and assemblies and will not be able to change them.
With AutoManager Meridian and AutoManager TeamWork all information such as document properties, approval status, assembly breakdowns, where used, and reference analysis for all Inventor documents is available to all employees in real-time.
This results in the right information at the right place at the right time, which saves time, money and manufacturing mistakes.
