Cyco Software will hold its third Americas User and Reseller Conference at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida, USA from 3-5 June.

This event allows customers and resellers of Cyco Software's AutoManager solutions to learn more about the future of AutoManager solutions, share their experiences, interact with Cyco Software executives and gain first-hand insight into a wide range of business, strategic and technical issues.
This year, the conference is themed around crossing borders in collaborative engineering and will explore ways corporations, large and small, can deploy AutoManager EDM solutions to facilitate collaborative engineering - across the globe, across a subcontractor network and across internal departments.
Recent studies by Daratech show that engineering workloads have soared by a factor of three to five in the last 18 months in North America.
With a shortage of qualified engineers to take on the additional work, companies are being forced to deploy additional technologies or make better use of existing systems to squeeze more productivity out of their operations.
During the event, Cyco Software executives, customers and trend-watchers will demonstrate how these industry trends will directly affect businesses and shape the future of engineering document management solutions.
The topics to be discussed include benefits of engineering data/content management (EDM/ECM) in a distributed organisation; latest global engineering trends; managing daily operations with EDM solutions; and how to stay on top of health and safety issues.
The conference will also hear customer case-study presentations from multiple industry sectors discussing real-life results of working with Cyco AutoManager solutions; hands-on sessions to learn more about Cyco AutoManager solutions; an introduction to Cyco AutoManager Meridian 2007 and a sneak peek at upcoming products; tutorials on Cyco Software's add-on integration solutions for Documentum and Microsoft SharePoint; and networking opportunities with Cyco Software customers, resellers and executives.
The event will also feature the independent global user group CyConnect International, which will unveil plans for further growing the worldwide Cyco Software user community.
