Enduratouch FX2 features Core Duo technology

A Comark Corporation product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Feb 25, 2009

Comark Corporation has enhanced its line of Enduratouch FX all-in-one computers with the addition of the Enduratouch FX2 with Core 2 Duo processing and expanded memory.

Primarily made for harsh factory floor environments, the Enduratouch FX2 features the latest Intel Core 2 Duo Mobile processor, with speeds of up to 2.2GHz and up to 4GB of SDRAM.

Storage options include high temperature hard drives or solid-state flash drives up to 64GB.

The Enduratouch FX2 is available with a 15in or 17in LCD, configured with a resistive touch screen or safety glass.

The stainless steel workstation meets NEMA 4/4X requirements to withstand inclement weather, high-pressure hose-directed water and corrosion.

The front access design allows for quick and easy access to the computer's components, a low MTTR, and implementation flexibility.

'The Enduratouch FX2 is targeted at applications that involve high-performance computing at point of use, such as machine vision or where memory intensive operating systems such as Microsoft Vista are mandated,' said Steve Schott, president of Comark Corporation.
