Damar International, an engineering tool distributor, is to bring to the UK more than 3,000 precision-made sockets, wrenches and ratchets manufactured by US-based Wright Tool.
Wright Tool engineers its products for use in demanding industries such as offshore oil-and-gas production and exploration and in power plants, processing, mining, marines, railways, motor transportation, aviation and construction.
These industries need maximum uptime from their high-value plant and equipment.
Precision engineered to positively engage fasteners of all types, Wright maximises surface contact and minimises slippage.
These features are intended to help protect fixings from damage and provide for more productive servicing.
Features include the patented Wright Grip, Wright Drive and Wright Spline ranges.
These are said to strong tools, engineered to handle higher torque, give better grip and have an extended service life.
The company adheres to an ISO 9001/2000 quality programme.
For non-standard applications, Wright engineers bespoke tools to meet individual end-user requirements.
