Daifuku offers a full turnkey service for the integration of materials handling systems, from initial consultation through to final handover.

Project management and installation are provided in-house, which offers the customer a single point of contact.

Full 3D simulation can be provided for automated handling systems.

Projects of any size can be accurately portrayed, and operating statistics established.

This allows changes to be incorporated and tested before manufacture of the equipment.

The company manufactures a vast range of leading-edge equipment, including stacker cranes, automated guided vehicles, conveyors of all types, carousels, monorail systems (floor and overhead) and specialist equipment.

Daifuku's equipment is pre-engineered and modular, enabling it to minimise installation times.

Another feature leading to rapid installation is its control units: also manufactured by Daifuku, they incorporate a self-teach mode, which can save many hours during commissioning.

Self-diagnostics also ensure easy operation.

Service and maintenance contracts can include 24 hour on-site support.
