Danfoss Drives' popular VLT 5000 Series drives are now available in 575V AC models for 1 to 300hp installations.

The UL and cUL listed drives are suitable for any number of constant or variable torque applications, and are especially suited to the materials handling, food and beverage, and packaging industries.

These new 575V AC models are rated for operation on 550-600V AC lines; +/-10%.

Available in chassis or NEMA 1 enclosures, these drives offer side-by-side flush mounting for reduced panel space requirements.

Exclusive patented VVCPLUS technology helps maintain robust, sensorless regulation that is tolerant to different motor characteristics without motor derating.

A removable local control panel (LCP) offers quick menu setup for easy commissioning, displays multiple setup parameters, and allows downloading of programs from drive to drive.

Enhanced software provides automatic motor adaptation, built-in PID control and multiple data menu sets for quick system changeovers.

VLT 5000 Series drives are self-testing and offer protection against overvoltage, overcurrent, undervoltage, overload, overheating, external fault and ground fault.
