The unit is suitable for monitoring processes, energy and environmental levels in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and food industries, and in HVAC, quality control, building management, bulk storage and public utilities.
The data logger and data acquisition unit has universal sensor input, including, TC, RTD, strain, serial and SDI-12.
For enhanced reliability the DT800 has built-in, self-correcting features and will test sensor integrity and flag suspect data.
The battery powered DT800 can be used as a stand-alone unit or connected to a computer enabling full data acquisition and control.
Environmental operating parameters are -45 to +70C with humidity of 85% non condensing.
On board data is stored in battery backed SRAM and is greater than 120,000 data points.
This can be extended by plug in ATA Flash data cards, taking capacity to greater than 60,000 data points per megabyte; 48 or 64 megabyte Flash discs can be supplied as optional extras.
The DT800 is supplied with DeLogger host software including OPC server, web publishing.
Facilities include, easy to use graphical programming, charts, mimic screens, and virtual instrument display.
Collected data can be downloaded to a computer via direct RS232, modem - GSM, radio, PSTN.
Ethernet is standard, 10 BaseT with TCP/IP.
Each logger can be configured to suit the application and Datataker's engineers are available to advise on total system requirements.
