The firm is the only UK importer for Esa systems - widely acknowledged to be one of the top controls manufacturers and probably the most forward-thinking.
DC Services Director Trevor Bonfield says both the new Esa systems and his own are ideal for upgrading the vast number of first-generation CNC machines in the UK whose controls have become obsolete.
"Older machines can now be easily brought back to life for a tiny fraction of the cost of replacing them", he says, "assuming you can get a replacement anyway, since a lot of manufacturers have gone bust".
He adds that because the new controls have lots of new features, machinery previously earmarked for the scrap heap can be made even more productive than previously possible.
DC Services both supplies and fits replacement control systems and services for all makes of CNC press brakes, de-coil cut to length machines, power folders, shears and other CNC machinery.
It also provides the ESA/GV CNC systems for press brakes and shears, DCS Vision systems for power folders, shears and cut-to-length machines, as well as OEMB Tensol long-bed power-folding machines and Unimec back gauges for press brakes.
DC Services will be on stand 111 at MTI Live at Stoneleigh Park on 25th and 26th May.
