Power Solution helps companies speed all stages of the design and manufacture of cast metal components.

It includes the PowerShape CAD system, PowerMill for the generation of machining data, CopyCAD for reverse engineering, and PowerInspect for inspection.

Together these programs provide a complete solution to companies looking to increase productivity, improve quality and reduce lead times.

PowerShape's hybrid modelling combines the best of solid and surface modelling to give the flexibility needed when developing the complex shapes now used in the casting industry.

Its intelligent cursor, coupled with a Microsoft-style interface, makes it easy to learn and quick to use, and the interactive surface editing tools make it one of the most powerful and versatile modellers on the market.

PowerMill provides fast and reliable generation of toolpaths for the machining of either patterns or dies.
