Delcam's PowerInspect inspection software has received certification from the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt in Berlin.
Delcam's PowerInspect inspection software has received certification from the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) in Berlin.
This national institute of engineering sciences is the highest technical authority for metrology and physical safety engineering in Germany.
PTB Certification is accepted worldwide.
The institute compares its standards with those of other nations to maintain "constant and critical" assessment at the top levels of metrology.
PTB thus ensures comparability and reliability of measurement results throughout the world.
"The approval gives our customer's confidence that the algorithms within PowerInspect are correct and are giving reliable results.
It provides further evidence of our commitment to the highest quality standards", said Chris Lawrie, PowerInspect Product Manager.
