Watson expands professional services
Delcam has added Steve Watson, formally Tooling Manager with ARRK Product Development Group, to its new Professional Services Group.

Delcam established the Professional Services Group earlier this year to undertake larger consultancy projects for users of the company's Power Solution CADCAM software.
The primary focus of the group is to work with clients to identify ways to improve their design and manufacturing processes, and then define procedures for using Delcam's products to implement those improvements.
Watson began his mould-making career with JJ Engineering in 1987 after completing his apprenticeship as a Master Technician at ICI Billingham Agricultural Division and a post-apprenticeship CADCAM course with the EITB.
He joined Styles Precision Components as a Project Engineer in 1996 and was promoted to Tooling Manager after Styles was acquired by ARRK, the world's leading rapid product development provider.
"Even though we were confident that the group would be successful, we have been surprised at the number of enquiries we are receiving", admitted Group Manager Paul Wilkinson.
"We have already won some significant contracts from leading companies in the aerospace, medical and telecommunications industries and, with the current high level of interest, we expect to win more".
