Delcam will hold the 2005 ArtCAM User Group Meeting from 28th to 30th September at the Double Tree Castle Hotel in Orlando, Florida The meeting will focus on improving skill levels and productivity for users in the woodworking, engraving and jewellery industries, in particular with the new features in the latest release - ArtCAM Pro version 8

Following an initial introductory session fro all delegates, the meeting will provide separate workshops for users of the ArtCAM Pro or the JewelSmith editions on 28th and 29th September.

In both cases, the sessions will cover both modelling and machining techniques, as well as showing how the functions can be combined to give the best overall productivity.

On the last day, delegates will be given the opportunity to influence the future development of ArtCAM, by giving their ideas and suggestions for enhancements.

In addition, Delcam staff from both the ArtCAM development and support teams will be on hand for delegates to ask questions and troubleshoot particular problems or issues.

"Whether attendees are new users or very experienced operators, they will be amazed how much they can learn by attending the user group", claimed North American Sales Manager for ArtCAM, Sean Plunkett.

"As well as learning from the Delcam staff, probably the best reason to attend a user group is to meet other users of ArtCAM and learn from them".

Comments from last year's delegates backed up these claims.

They included: "a very productive 3-day conference"; "I learned more in a few hours than I had in months of working by myself"; and "an incredibly well organised and beneficial meeting". Request free introductory details about products from Delcam ...
