DED, the Lydd based manufacturer and distributor of specialist printers, PoS equipment, CCD and laser barcode scanners, magnetic and smart card readers and writers, cash drawers, pole displays and plastic card printers, is now offering a card printing bureau service to provide customers with pre-printed plastic cards.
After many years as an Eltron distributor, DED realised that many users do not have the requirement to buy a printer of their own, but still would like to make use of printed cards for a number of different applications.
This led the company to set up its own bureau service - the ideal solution.
Every card is designed and produced under the company's ISO9001 accredited system, and it is also possible for DED to take photographs and print photo ID's instantly at customer premises.
With the added advantage of being Eltron's only Elite partner in the UK, the company has the best backup, service and pricing advantages for offering customers an exceptional service.
With the highest quality equipment used, the cards produced are of the very best, all available at highly competitive prices with low set-up charges.
A wide variety of different options from the initial design through to database management and final card production are on offer, with DED's in-house design department able to accept card designs and databases in a range of different formats and convert these designs to a printed card.
Any quantity from 10 cards and upwards can be dealt with.
In addition to printing, the company is also able to magnetically encode cards or offer smartcards as another alternative, which provides a greater level of security and larger card capacity where the information is all held on the card itself.
The bureau is the ideal choice for customers who don't have the time, finances or maybe do not need a large number of cards, as it allows them to benefit from high quality cards at a fraction of the cost.
