The Deskfive Package is perfect for controlling visitor arrival and departure, with options including real-time visitor tracking, photo capture, the automatic printing of guidance route maps, email notification of visitor arrival and many more.

The package comprises the Deskfive Visitor Management Software, a Star TSP800 high speed Thermal Badge/Report printer, a colour video camera, 100 PVC Badge Holders and Clips, 1 Roll of paper for badges and 1 for reports, all connection cables, set-up and user manuals, free Telephone Technical support and upgrades from DED's website.

Optional extras can include a Business Card Scanner for high speed data entry, a Plastic Card Printer, an A4 inkjet report printer and on-site or swap-out service contracts.

The Deskfive Electronic Visitor Management System makes controlling and protecting entry access easy.

Designed with the requirements of the receptionist in mind, all operations are clear and concise.

Using DED's Deskfive package, check in/out now becomes a very simple process, as simply by inserting a business card into the CardScan scanner (optional) the process is triggered by scanning an image of the card, and automatically updating contact fields through optical character recognition.

The TSP800 printer within the Deskfive system is used to print badges at high speed, which can include text, graphics, photographs and barcodes.

An optional extra could be to use the Eltron P310 plastic card printer for cards with magnetic stripes.

Reports are also printed using the TSP800.

The entire system is fully network compatible and features an ODBC compliant database.

DED supplies everything needed for set up including user manual, all cables, badge holders and paper rolls.

Additional features offered by the package include: multiple staff to multiple visitor management; intelligent typing aid; history and top 30 reports; card, label or badge printer primed for issuing visitor badges; and pre-printed assignment control of check in/out.
