Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Aug 22, 2008

Users will tap into a deep well of experience to solve many of their safety issues - regardless of the label on their detectors and safety system.

Detector Electronics has set up a new RSS feed that will deliver practical safety information to subscribers' PCs.

Since its foundation in 1973, Det-Tronics has attracted a large band of international safety experts.

These Det-Tronics professionals, many with over 20 years in the industry, will share their expertise on topics such as: proper application of IR and UV flame detectors; current approaches to risk reduction; and evolving toxic gas detection technologies.

"We are dedicated to providing a resource for people concerned with improving industrial safety", said Cliff Anderson, Marketing Director at Det-Tronics.

"Users will tap into a deep well of experience to solve many of their safety issues - regardless of the label on their detectors and safety system".

Anyone can subscribe to the free feed via the Detector Electronics website.

Once subscribed, users can view RSS postings through their Internet browser, a free RSS-reader application, or email messages.
