Deutsch offers a space and cost saving over-moulded alternative to its traditional boot and adapter back fittings, whilst also maintaining environmental sealing and strain relief.
Deutsch offers a space and cost saving over-moulded alternative to its traditional boot and adapter back fittings, whilst also maintaining environmental sealing and strain relief.
Compact over-moulding solutions are tamperproof, can be tailored to suit customer requirements, and provide an aesthetically pleasing finish and consistent assembly quality.
This capability utilises the existing Deutsch range of robust inline and flange mounted composite circular Industrial Micro Connectors (IMC).
Thus, maintaining economy and environmental sealing requirements.
A variety of mould materials are available.
Plus, through the use of customer-specific colour coded moulding, the need for coloured cables is eliminated.
Typical applications for the IMC over-moulding are where tamperproof environmental sealing is a priority.
This includes Industrial Control, Marine Electronics, Instrumentation and Telecommunication equipment.
