Deutsch is adding to its Industrial Micro Connectors (IMC) range with an economic choice of robust inline and flange mounted composite circular connectors.

The IMC range is constructed from high temperature resistant UL approved engineering composite Ultem.

The result is a rugged and chemical resistant electrical connector which, combined with IP67 environmental sealing, enables it to withstand the rigours of industrial environments where heat, dust, moisture and chemicals are prevalent.

The alignment of the ribs on the overmould are immediately visual, and an audible click bayonet location ensure a positive connection every time.

The range is manufactured in two shell sizes and seven contact configurations.

Main features include gold plated contacts and PCB configurations.

Typical applications for the overmoulded IMC range include communication, marine, industrial control, scientific instrumentation, medical equipment, sensors and data logging equipment.
