Dark Matter Composites has just released its composites course schedule for 2007.

Dark Matter Composites has just released its composites course schedule for 2007.

This now runs from January through to November and includes their 2-day and 5-day courses.

For those who can't wait that long, there are still a few places left on the last of the 2006 pre-preg and infusion courses, scheduled in November.

"We are committed to providing courses to a high standard, with content that meets the needs of both individuals and companies".

"This is shown by the extensive and comprehensive range of courses offered, along with our commitment to course dates well in advance", says Director Rodney Hansen.

The suite of 2-day courses is aimed at enthusiasts and small companies who want to use composites, but can't find good information or guidance.

These courses focus on theory, practical techniques and readily available materials that allow beginners to get good results.

At the end of these courses, participants should feel confident in applying the processes and materials safely in a basic workshop environment.

The suite of 5-day courses is aimed at training for the composites industry.

These courses are intensive, in-depth and follow industry practice throughout.

They are suitable for beginners through to skilled personnel and have been designed to give the understanding and essential skills to develop and apply in the workplace.

The courses are highly informative and include simple related theory, demonstrations to aid understanding and a high level of practical application.

The range has just been reviewed, updated and expanded, in line with current materials and practices.

Full course information, including dates, content and prices, is available on the company website, which has also been expanded to take online bookings and payments.

"If we don't offer a course that suits a company's needs, we have readily available resources that make our bespoke courses cost effective, even for small groups and specific topics".

"Even if someone does not know their exact requirements, we can advise on suitable content and timeframes", concludes Hansen.
