As a further step to substantiate their claim as the premier seal supplier for the UK market, Dichtomatik Ltd have extended their hours of operation from 8am to 6.30pm from Monday to Friday.
As a further step to substantiate their claim as the premier seal supplier for the UK market, Dichtomatik Ltd have extended their hours of operation from 8am to 6.30pm from Monday to Friday.
They are now able to take orders and dispatch goods by carrier or first class post up to the end of every working day.
This change has been introduced to offer their customers the level of service and guaranteed 'next day' delivery that is needed to meet the needs of production oriented companies and modern JIT programme schedules.
With literally millions of products in stock, Dichtomatik can supply 'O' rings, oils seals and wiper seals including high performance PTFE products.
Imperial and metric sizes are available in a range of materials and compound hardness variations, precision moulded to exacting tolerances conforming to British, European and International standards.
Rotary shaft oil seals feature enhanced lip seal performance and the wiper seal range includes products with metal bonded housings.
The PTFE products provide excellent chemical and solvent resistance combined with thermal stability and very low coefficient of friction.
The extension to a 52 and a half hour working week has been achieved with a combination of shift working and flexible working hours by the staff.
For customers who require even greater flexibility of operation, then the Dichtomatik web site offers full 24 hour x 365 day access.
By utilising authorised passwords, customers can check stock and place on-line orders or inquiries.
