A new 230 page full colour catalogue covers the range of rotary shaft seals from Dichtomatik, representing just a part of the many sealing products available from the company.

As a specialist in technical seals, and nothing but seals, Dichtomatik claims to provide the highest level of customer support covering speed of response, flexibility, stock availability and application expertise.

A wide range of rotary shaft seals can be supplied, manufactured using two standard forms of both elastomer and PTFE materials.

In addition, various special elastomers can also be utilised to provide low friction properties, together with enhanced resistance to aggressive media or high/low temperature compatibility.

Rubber encased metal inserts and spring energised sealing lips ensure leak-free housing location as well as positive sealing contact with rotating surfaces to prevent dirt ingress or fluid loss.

Metal cased seals with ground, drawn or turned finishes provide a tighter press-fit housing allowance.

When combined with metal inserts, these seals are suitable for difficult installations or hostile operating conditions as well as for the production of larger dimension sealing products.

The catalogue covers a wide range of seals in metric and imperial sizes for both inside and outside sealing covering national/international standards and sizes up to 1800mm outer diameter.

Many other V-ring and elastomer based sealing products are also included to provide a comprehensive choice of fluid sealing products.

Seals suitable for operating temperatures from -40 to +200C, with peripheral speeds in accordance with DIN3760 are included, together with products having double protective or reinforced sealing lips for higher pressure applications.
