Miniature DIN rail power supplies are designed with a fully isolated plastic case to prevent user contact and the risk of shock.

Digital Instrumentation has added the MDR-20 series of miniature DIN rail power supplies to its range of products.

The MDR-20 series is a slimline (22.5mm) DIN rail 15 to 24W switching power supply, designed with a fully isolated plastic case to prevent user contact and the risk of shock.

Featuring up to 84% efficiency this series can be cooled using only free air convection up to 70C, which significantly increases the reliability and lifetime of the power supply.

Other standard features include its low no load power consumption (to save energy), short circuit, overload and overvoltage protection and the DC OK signal for monitoring the status of the PSU.

The MDR-20 series is available with outputs of 5, 12, 15 and 24V DC.
